Responsibilities

• 海外サービス拠点からの受注業務統括(オーダーフルフィルメント)および輸出入アレンジ業務
• 海外サービス拠点からの問合せ対応・サポート業務
• アフターサポートに関する顧客ビジネスの理解と提案・折衝
• 海外サービス拠点事業のKPI管理
• サービス事業の企画管理業務：予算・実績管理、グローバル戦略策定、海外サービス拠点との連携強化推進など

※オフィスでの勤務です。業務上、海外出張があります。顧客の元に出向き、製品の修理・交換等を行うフィールドサービスの業務ではありません。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 日系メーカー・専門商社でのバックオフィス業務経験もしくは営業経験3年以上※海外代理店営業でも可
• 海外取引・貿易に関する一般的知識
• 機械、物理・先端系技術への興味
• 英語の読み書き、スピーキングを抵抗なく出来る

歓迎条件:

• 日系メーカー企業、特にコンポーネントメーカーでのBtoB海外営業経験
• 海外顧客の担当経験
• マーケティング知識
• アフターサポートの知見がある
• 英語：ビジネスで大きな支障なくコミュニケーションが出来る
• 留学等の海外生活経験
