Responsibilities

半導体製造装置の主要コンポーネントのアフターサポートに関するテクニカルサポート業務を担当いただきます。

• 国内顧客のアフターサポートに関連したテクニカルサポート対応
• 海外拠点、海外パートナーへのテクニカルサポート対応
• 半導体装置、製造メーカーからの問い合わせ対応及び生産拠点での製品メンテナンスへの対応

※顧客の元に出向き、製品の修理・交換等を行うフィールドサービスの業務ではありません。オフィスでの勤務が前提となります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 工学系大学・大学院を卒業された方
• 機械装置メーカーにて営業技術やテクニカルサポートの経験がある方、もしくは設計・開発の経験があり顧客と直接やり取りされた経験
• 工学系の知識（機械、電気の知識）
• 一定レベルの英語力をお持ちの方（電話や会議では、英語を使ったコミュニケーションを行っていただくことになります。）
