Company overview

We are a finance company within the group of a major overseas automotive manufacturer. Within this group, known for its luxury vehicles, we offer various finance programs to customers purchasing high-brand cars. Additionally, we provide finance programs for authorized dealerships of this brand line.

Responsibilities

In its position, as a manager or staff member of the Treasury Back Office, candidate will be responsible for a series of operations related to financing in Japan, Australia, Taiwan and South Korea.
Main responsibilities:

• Settlement of various funding contracts
• Bank balance monitor
• Cash management
• Contact to Germany headquarters, providing various reports
• Payment processing
• ABS-related operation
• Support for accounting, incl. audit support

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or higher, required for internal communication and document creation)
• Use of Microsoft Excel and Word (no macro required)

Preferred qualifications:

• It is a plus if experience in using SAP
• It is a plus if work experience in financial industry or treasury-related departments.
