- Responsibilities

This position will mainly involve mid-career recruitment activities in the recruitment department, which currently has seven staff members. You will be responsible for understanding the recruitment needs of the function you are in charge of, developing appropriate recruitment channels, advising on recruitment strategies, and carrying out actual search work. *We have a flextime system and a telecommuting system.
Main responsibilities:- Smooth operation and improvement of the mid-career recruitment process
- Promotion and execution of recruitment branding
- Utilization of various recruitment channels and new development
- Building, managing and negotiating relationships with recruitment agencies Education in the direct recruiting interview process and changing awareness as a change agent
- Cooperation with related departments such as each function and HRBP
- Creation of various materials, data and information provision
- Analysis of recruitment data and improvement of measures and processes, as well as new planning
- Participation in projects involving the entire Recruitment Department or the entire HR department
- Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mid-career recruitment (experience in in-house or corporate recruitment preferred)
- Communication skills: We are looking for someone who can proactively build and maintain ties with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business level English skills: Communication will occur in English.
- PC skills: Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze data and create documents.
- Self-management skills: Prioritize work and complete tasks in a timely manner.
