Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

• Lead Spec definition, Design and NPI management of battery FW
• Measure/evaluate FW performance
• Release development status report, draft design/engineering documents
• Project Management with PC ODM/OEM
• Problem solving for NPI and MP issues
• Key Interaction with
  • Battery & System development team in Japan and Aisa
  • External FW partner companies, both domestic and international
  • External Battery pack suppliers and key parts vendors (Cell, MPU and safety devices)
  • External PC ODM companies

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• More than 1 year experience as a function owner to develop electrical devices (mass production level)
• Battery-related experience
• Min 3-4 years of engineering working experience
• Business Level or higher Japanese
• Business Level or higher English

Preferred qualifications:

• Note book PC design, battery BMU board design
• TOEIC score 600 or above
• Problem debugging and solving skill
