Responsibilities

インド展開における、マーケティング戦略に基づいた現地パートナーとの推進を担います。オンライン広告やキャンペーンなどの施策において、現地広告代理店・制作会社との連携・交渉・進行管理を主導し、アニメIPとのコラボや地域限定の施策など、現地市場に適したコミュニケーションを具現化する役割です。戦略と実行の橋渡しを担い、クリエイティブ、メディア、プロモーションの現地最適化を進めていただきます。※インド出張あり（年2～3回想定） ■具体的には：

• インド市場向けマーケティング戦術の設計・制作進行管理
• インドの広告代理店・制作会社・メディアパートナー等との折衝・ディレクション
• アニメIPコラボ・キャンペーンに関するマーケティング調整と実行
• 各種施策に関するKPI設計と進捗モニタリング（CVR, ROI等）
• 現地プレイヤーの文化・嗜好を踏まえた施策のローカライズ推進
• 学生・キャンパス施策、SNS施策、オフライン施策のプランニング支援

Requirements

■必須条件：

• マーケティングまたは広告領域でのプロジェクト推進経験（3年以上）
• グローバルまたはローカル市場向けに制作パートナーとの折衝を行った経験
• ロジカルなコミュニケーション力とプロジェクト管理能力
• 英語でのビジネスディレクション・契約関連対応スキル

■歓迎条件：

• インド市場または新興国市場でのマーケティング経験
• 海外広告代理店、制作会社のディレクション経験
• IPコンテンツ（アニメ・ゲーム等）への理解と関心
