Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Promote the effective use of SAP products and services used in the development and operation of internal systems .
• Plan and design solutions for internal SAP projects and guide the effective use of SAP products.
• Lead the BASIS team of the SAP COE organization, including overseas offshore.
• Work with onsite/offshore SAP BASIS team members to make proposals to the SAP application team and implement problem solving.
• Work with the SAP application team to manage SAP licenses to be incorporated into common issues and optimize the next contract.  

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• IT department of a business company
• Experience with architecture review, development, maintenance and operation from the perspective of SAP BASIS at IT vendors, consulting firms and system integrators
• Over 5 years of development experience or maintenance operation experience in SAP BASIS area
• Communicate in English with global stakeholders (India, etc.)
• Able to build good relationships with many stakeholders inside and outside the company while proceeding with work.
• Communication skills to explain complex content in simple terms in both Japanese and English
• Ability to proactively promote things and flexibility to respond flexibly
