Responsibilities

宇宙機の推進系サブシステムに関して、社内外の技術的なコミュニケーションをリードし、概念設計から衛星打上げまで推進系の開発を一気通貫で担当する推進系サブシステムの開発部署において、課長クラスとして組織のリードを期待しております。

• 推進系サブシステムの概念設計および要求仕様の策定、開発日程、リソース管理、予算管理
• 推進系サブシステムの開発ベンダーへの手配、日程調整、技術調整
• 関連する衛星システム/サブシステムとのインタフェース調整
• 治工具・射場作業要求の制定、作業手配、管理　など
• メンバーの進捗管理、とりまとめ等

Requirements

下記の全てを満たすこと

• 機械製品あるいは電気製品の製品開発の実務経験：3年以上
• プロジェクトリーダー経験：製造メーカーの製品担当として関連部門との調整をリードし取りまとめた実践経験
• 英語会議のファシリテーションが可能なレベルの語学力
