Responsibilities

• 輸出入業務全般
  • 輸出入書類の作成および確認（インボイス、パッキングリスト、国際宅配便運送状等）
  • 通関手配等（通関業者への輸出入通関依頼、商品説明、集荷配送依頼等）
  • 輸送（航空・海上輸送）手配および管理
  • 法定管理書類整備・税関事後調査対応
• 貿易関連法規の遵守
  • 関税、輸出入規制の確認および対応
• 国際輸送・通関業務の管理
  • 国際輸送業者（フォワーダー）との連携および調整
  • 納期調整
• コスト管理および最適化
  • 輸送コストの見積もりおよび交渉
  • コスト削減のための提案および実施
• 内部顧客対応およびサポート
  • 事業部・個社からの輸出入問い合わせ対応
  • トラブル発生時の迅速な対応および解決
• 教育・啓発活動
  • 事業部・個社への貿易教育・啓発

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• 輸出入をはじめとする貿易業務のご経験をお持ちの方
• 関税法周りの知見をお持ちの方
• 税関事後調査対応のご経験
