Responsibilities

デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)を全社的に推進するため、データを用いた分析と、分析に関係する業務（社内外・関係部署との調整、運営等に関する改善を提案）をご担当頂きます。

•  データドリブンな意思決定に向けた分析（社内外の様々なデータを用いた解析、最適化、シミュレーションの計画・実行）、分析結果の展開
• 分析に用いるデータの整備、風土改革

標準ツールとしてはPower BIやPythonを使用することが多いですが、テーマに応じて臨機応変に対応しています。

Requirements

■必須条件：＜知識・スキル＞

• いずれかの理論的な理解を含むスキル

└データ分析、テキスト解析、数理モデルを用いたシミュレーション、最適化

• 統計に関する知識・経験

＜職務経験＞

• データ分析プロジェクトを主導もしくは参画した経験
• Pythonでの分析経験
• Power BIやtableauなどのBIツールの利用経験
