Responsibilities

店舗様の商品の魅力を最大限に引き出し、販売方法をコンサルティングしていただきます。将来のビジョンから売上目標、販売計画を店舗様と2人3脚で立てていただきます。■業務内容詳細

• 販売計画については同社が持つ大量のデータから課題の抽出、競合分析を行い、提案を考えていただきます。
• 例えば、価格で勝負する販売方法だけではなく同社特有の販売ノウハウ（キャンペーンのプランニング、広告を含めた集客施策、ページ作成方法など）をどう提案するのか、入社後にOJTをメインとした研修で習得します。
• コンサルタントとしてのロジカルな提案力に加えて、約150の担当店舗様をエンパワーメントする為の営業力・胆力が強く求められます。

Requirements

必須条件:　以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 営業経験（2年以上）
• 流通・小売業での売上管理経験（2年以上）

歓迎条件:

• 企画提案型、ソリューション型、コンサルティング型の営業経験者（ネット業界の経験不問）
