●Responsibilities:Ownership of the brand strategy and vision
  • Develops the omnichannel brand strategy in a B2B, B2C and business centric approach
  • Develops a growth plan and implements, including price strategy - Develop overall product launch plan while validate campaigns, ensures brand equity consistency across touchpoints
  • Supervise O+O marketing plan and cycle, align with entities - Supervises POS, Salon strategies Must Have Experience
Product portfolio management & communication
  • Prepare launches plans, briefings and reportings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage sales forecasts with channel owners
  • Create forecasts for new products, launches
  • Manage A&P in agreement with Brand head Team development
  • Manage marketing team, including product team
  • Build a high performance team and create a collaborative, inclusive place to work Collaboration Work with local corporate team, regional (Zone), global teams to share and adapt activations, frames
