Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES – 1. Drive customer support activities through resolving problems on the customer’s line. Seek necessary internal support to resolve customers’ problems. 2. Demonstrate strong Key Account Management competencies to sustain the business. 3. Collaborate closely with technical team in abroad and get the right level of technical and product support to achieve planned business results.

Requirements

Requires:1. Ability to communicate conversational in English especially, reading and writing.2. Preferably, working experience in paints/coatings/chemicals/oil/lubricants industry.3. Good reporting skills to key stakeholders.4. Willing to travel within Japan (3-4 days a week) and overseas if needed.
