Responsibilities

予算及び業務管理（C&M）担当として、EC及び多業種クライアントの広告パフォーマンスの最大化を目指し、安定的かつ効率的な予算管理や業務管理をお任せします。戦略的思考を持ち、財務計画と業務の卓越性に情熱を持つ方は、私たちの革新的で協力的な環境の中で、きっと才能を発揮いただけると考えております。【具体業務の例】

• PL及びBSの管理監督
• 年間予算の策定及び管理
• 重要会議（株主総会及び取締役会）の実施及び資料策定
• 主要株主との契約交渉・締結
• パートナー企業との契約交渉・締結
• ガバナンス体制の構築及び監督
• 業務工程の策定及び管理
• 各種事務手続き
• 各種会議の運営

Requirements

必須条件:

• PL及びBSの管理監督
• 年間予算の策定及び管理
• 流暢な日本語（N１レベル以上）

歓迎条件:

• 広告営業、広告代理店業の経験（他業界出身の方も歓迎）
• ステークホルダーの交渉及び調整
• マネジメント経験（少人数可）
• スピード力のある課題解決能力
