Responsibilities

候補者は現地代理店と協力し、消費者や買い物客のニーズを深く理解し、市場の状況を把握した上で効率化を図ります。また、既存の輸入業者や卸売業者と連携し、販売促進を行います。

• 事業開発ディレクターと協力し、APAC市場の成長戦略を策定する
• 成長計画の作成と調整
• 戦略に沿った新たな取引機会の特定
• 四半期ごとにセルイン・セルアウトのレビューを行い、成長とカバレッジの指標を確認する
• 短期、中期、長期の成長計画の作成、調整、実行
• 取引における完璧な実行を確保するために実行チームと連携する
• 現地のマーケティングリソース（代理店）とのコミュニケーションと調整により認知度を高め、コンバージョンを促進する強固なプランを策定する
• 日本市場の代弁者として、地域およびグローバルチームと市場の状況を共有する

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 5年以上のシニアセールスまたはマーケティング経験 ※ペット業界であれば尚可
