Company overview

We develop, manufacture, and sell steering products, including mechanical components, electrical and electronic products (ECUs, motors, sensors), and software. Our main focus is on electric power steering (EPS), a crucial component that enables one of the three major functions of automobiles: "steering." We design and manufacture EPS systems, providing them to domestic and international automotive manufacturers. In addition to meeting customer demands, we also engage in product development to support advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving capabilities. We strive to improve functionality, usability, quality, and safety in our products.

Responsibilities

• 予算グループの一員として、以下業務を行っていただきます。
• 予算編成業務
• 月次、年次予算・実績分析
• マネージメントへの報告資料作成
• 海外拠点との英語によるコミュニケーション
• まずはリーダー（係長クラス）として経験を積んだ後、将来的には課長クラスのポジションを視野に入れ、ご活躍いただきたいと考えております。

Requirements

• 事業会社での5年程度の経理経験、予算管理経験をお持ちの方
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上の英語力

歓迎条件:

• 事業会社での管理会計（予算編成、予実分析等）の経験
• 製造業経験者
• 日商簿記2級程度の簿記知識
