Responsibilities

• 当社データベースシステムの最適化を担当していただき、データの整合性、可用性、セキュリティ性を確保する重要な役割を担います。特に、MySQLおよびMariaDBの経験が豊富な方を歓迎します。

＜具体的には＞

• MySQLおよびMariaDBのデータベース設計・運用
• Golden Gateを使用したデータレプリケーションの管理
• パフォーマンス監視とチューニング
• データベースのトラブルシューティングと問題解決
• インドの開発・運用チームとの連携
• プライベートクラウドおよびパブリッククラウド環境でのデータベース管理

Requirements

• データベース管理の実務経験（3年以上）
• MySQL（MariaDBでも可）に関する知識・実務経験
• パフォーマンスチューニングやトラブル対応を行った経験
• コミュニケーションスキルとチームワーク能力

• Oracle GoldenGate（for non-Oracle）に関する知識や業務経験

• データベースの自動化ツールやスクリプト言語（Python、Shellなど）の経験
• データベースの監視ツール（Zabbix、Grafanaなど）の使用経験
• AIを活用したデータベースの運用改善の経験
• リーダーシップ経験またはリーダーシップスキル
