• 新入社員研修、OJT支援施策、キャリア入社者オンボーティング
• 階層別研修（主に非管理職層）
• 学習支援（ラーニングマネジメントシステム、研修プラットフォーム、E-learningシステム等）

Requirements

応募要件

• 事業会社または研修運営会社での人材育成施策の企画・運営業務経験（目安3年以上）
• 英語能力中級以上（目安 TOEICスコア730以上）

歓迎要件

• 海外メンバーとの業務経験
