Responsibilities

• データスクワッドの管理
  • スクワッドマネージャーはタスクの優先順位を付け、チームがアジャイルかつ効率的に作業できるようにします。
• ステークホルダーとの協力とコミュニケーション管理
  • データビジネスパートナーとして、財務、HR、法務・コンプライアンス担当の執行役員との直接の議論を担当し、データに関するニーズを収集し、それらが適切に計画され、対応されるようにします。
  • 事業領域内のユーザーとの適切なコミュニケーションとデータ文化の発展も確保します。
• エンドツーエンドのデリバリー
  • スクワッドリーダーはビジネスに対するデータおよびAI使用ケースの最終的なデリバリー責任を負います。ガイドラインに沿った実装のために技術データチームと協力しますが、デリバリーの責任はリーダーにあります。
  • これには、事業から要求されるさまざまな詳細分析が含まれます。
• 人材管理
  • スクワッドメンバーを直接管理し、戦略的な指導を提供します。
  • 事業ステークホルダーと合意の上で、チームの目標とロードマップを設定します。
  • チームの目標を達成するために、メンバーのスキルと能力を開発し、サポートとリソースの効果的な活用を提供します。
  • チーム内での協力文化とコンプライアンスを確保し、共通の目標を達成します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• データ（分析および／または機械学習）に関する経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
• チームをリードし、アジャイルな方法で働いた経験

歓迎条件：

• データプロダクトやデータメッシュに関する知識と経験
