Responsibilities

• イノベーティブコンピューティングプロジェクトは、コンピューティングとAIを活用して材料、ゲノム医療/創薬、合成生物学の各ドメイン領域でのイノベーション創出を目指しています。
• 上記の領域において活用される計算科学シミュレーションを、スパコンなどHPCを活用した大規模並列コンピューティング技術やチューニング等による高速化と、ドメイン知識を活用してニューラルネットワーク等のAI技術(特にサロゲートモデルやグラフAI)を用いて、これまでICTの活用が進んでいない領域での未知なるものに対しての発見を支援することでイノベーションを創出し、サステナブル社会への貢献を目指しています。

Requirements

• Python等のスクリプト言語によるプログラム開発経験
• C/C++によるプログラム開発経験
• Linux環境での開発経験

• 学会での発表経験
• プログラムでの性能分析
• Python, C/C++/Fortran等でのプログラムチューニング経験
• TensorFlow、PyTorch等のAIフレームワークによる開発経験
• 分子動力学、量子化学、流体解析シミュレーションなどの開発経験または活用経験
