Responsibilities

• 国内、海外の医療機器メーカー（医療装置MRI製造メーカー）及び極低温冷凍装置を理化学用途に使用する顧客へのアフターサポート業務（折衝、テクニカルサポートなど)
• 海外拠点を経由したアフターサポートに関連したテクニカルサポート
• アフターサポートに関する顧客折衝（価格交渉など）、既納品の新機種への置換え提案などの営業活動

※顧客の元に出向き、製品の修理・交換等を行うフィールドサービスの業務ではありません。オフィスでの勤務が前提となります。

Requirements

• 工学系の大学・大学院、高専・専攻科を卒業された方
• 機械装置メーカーでの設計・開発の経験があり、顧客と直接やり取りされた経験がある方
• 工学系の知識（機械、電気の知識）をお持ちの方
• TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上、メール・マニュアル読解：中級レベル、電話・商談：中級レベル
• 一定レベルの英語力をお持ちの方（電話や会議では、英語を使ったコミュニケーションを行って頂くことになります）
• 人に働きかけ、多くの人と関係を築くことができる
• 交渉や折衝にも臆することなく取り組むことができる
• 人に気を配り親身にサポートすることができる
