Company overview

We are a holdings company that oversees four business segments: "Healthcare," "Nutraceuticals," "Consumer Products," and "Other Businesses." In the healthcare segment, we focus on mental and neurological disorders as well as oncology, providing diagnostic drugs and medical devices in areas such as cardiovascular, renal, gastrointestinal, and ophthalmic fields. In the nutraceuticals segment, we support health maintenance and improvement through functional beverages and foods, developing products based on scientific evidence. In the consumer products segment, we pioneered the launch of the world's first commercial retort curry and continue to provide safe and healthy foods and beverages, pursuing innovative product development. In the other businesses segment, we offer chemicals for the automotive, electrical, and construction industries, environmentally friendly logistics services, and electronic devices, expanding our business into various fields.

Responsibilities

• プレスリリース作成やメディアプロモーション、取材対応をはじめとするメディアリレーション対応およびそのサポート
• オウンドメディアコンテンツ（HP、グループ紹介PPT、統合報告書等）の制作、企画立案
• 各種アンケート対応
• グループ内インナーコミュニケーションのコンテンツ制作、施策の企画・実施
• リスク・クライシス発生時の対応、発生時に備えた施策の企画・実施（研修、演習等）
• コーポレートブランディングの企画、推進、管理
• グループ広報間のコミュニケーション促進のための施策の企画・実施
• 上記広報活動に必要な社内外コミュニケーション・調整
• IR業務は含まれません。（決算メディア対応は含）
• 国内外の出張が発生します。

Requirements

• 基本PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 会社で広報経験、もしくはPR会社でのコンサルティング経験計5年以上
• 英語力（会議でプレゼンやディスカッション等ができる程度）

• HPの更新・管理・運用経験
• 海外での業務経験
