Responsibilities

■業務内容本職種では、同社サービスのユーザーのニーズを分析、理解し、プロジェクトや企画の成果を最大化させるためのディレクション業務を担っていただきます。

• 特集やキャンペーンページの制作進行とコンテンツ設計
• デザイン＆コーディング指示、成果物の品質管理
• 既存ページの更新
• サイト分析・レポーティング
• 営業やマーケティング担当者など他職種・他部門との調整作業
• 新規施策や改善、運用など制作プロジェクトの全体推進
• UX/UIデザイナーとのクリエイティブディレクション
• A/Bテストや出し分けにおける具体設計、仕様策定
• QAおよびリリース作業
• Gitによるファイル管理、運用
• 運用面の課題解決、仕組み化

Requirements

■必須条件：

• WEBディレクション業務の経験 (2年以上)

■歓迎条件：

• デザイン(Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator)の経験
• コーディング(HTML/CSS/JS)の経験
• 論理的思考力、課題解決力、コミュニケーション力
• Gitによるファイル管理経験
• プロジェクトリードやチームマネジメント経験
• 業務オペレーション改善経験
