Responsibilities

グループが保有する様々なデータを、活用可能な形に処理し、基盤構築する業務を担当して頂きます。 データサイエンティストが行う仕事の基盤をつくり、事業パートナーの課題解決まで導く業務となります。技術的な探求心やアーキテクチャの深堀だけでなく、ビジネスの課題解決や効果の最大化を推進していただける方を募集致します。
業務内容：

• DWH,Data Martの設計からソリューション選定、開発、運用
• データリネージュの管理
• データガバナンスの改訂とデータマネジメント運用
• データサイエンティストと一体となったビジネス課題解決

Requirements

必須要件：

• Snowflake、Amazon Redshift等を活用したデータパイプライン、DWH、データマートの設計、開発、運用経験
• データ利活用のためのETL処理の開発と運用経験
• Tableau、Looker、QuickSight等BIツールや機械学習を使った分析環境の開発・運用経験
• データ分析組織（DS/DE）のマネジメント経験

• AIシステムの開発・導入、運用
• 統計学の知識
• データビジネスの経験
