Responsibilities

• スポーツ車向けクラッチの設計業務
• クルマ開発において、クラッチの要求仕様を決定する
• クラッチサプライヤとともに、開発業務を行う
• 車両やベンチを用いて実験解析業務を行う

Requirements

必須条件：

• クラッチ設計、もしくはクラッチ実験業務経験：5年以上
• 社内外関係部署と自ら積極的にコミュニケーションをとり、チームプレイを得意とする方

歓迎条件：

• 英語を用いて海外サプライヤのエンジニアとのコミュニケーションができる（TOEIC(R)テスト：600点以上）
• 解析ソフト（Amesim等の1Dsim経験、Famos、Diadem、Matlab等の波形処理）の知識と実務経験
• 積極的かつ持続的に自己研鑽出来る方
• 過去のやり方にとらわれず、常に改善意欲のある方
