Responsibilities

• 四半期・年度決算発表の準備・対応　
• 株主（機関投資家・個人）/アナリストへの説明、問い合わせ対応、投資家ミーティング設定・対応
• 株主総会の準備・対応サポート
• 経営方針説明会のサポート
• ロードショー（DealおよびNon-Deal）の準備・対応
• 各カンファレンスへの参加

Requirements

必須条件：下記全て該当される方

• 事業会社でのIRの実務経験または投資銀行やコンサルティング会社でIRに関連する業務経験を3年以上お持ちの方
• 会話を通じて意思疎通ができるビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• 金融/会計関連の資格をお持ちの方
