We are looking for 【a professional Administrative Assistant for the legal area】
We are a rapidly growing multicultural team with employees of more than 20 nationalities currently on the team!
This is the department in the company where you will have the most opportunities to come into contact with English.

■Main responsibilities:
・Business lifecycle management
  • Legal document/application/contract drafting (such as non disclosure agreements, memorandums of understanding, master service agreements, statements of work, service contracts, etc.)
Vendor sourcing/onboarding
  • Workflow and control creation/maintenance/documentation

  • Policy management and adherence

  • Payment invoice and KYC processing

・Establish and maintain best practices for document and file management
・Document translation
・Ensure adherence to parent company processes (approval workflows, information requests, information updates, etc.) both from a DAH and DAH subsidiary perspective
・Ensure business and relevant investment information is updated and published internally in a timely manner (via regular reports, company portal site, etc.

Requirements

■Minimum requirements:
・Bachelors Degree or above, preferably with a business or economics degree
・2 years experience at a Bank/Securities firm, consulting or research company.
・Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
・Strong attention to detail
・Strong multi-tasking skills on time-sensitive assignments
・Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (comfortable working with pivot tables in Excel, making Powerpoint presentations, etc.)
・Logical mindset, especially around process and data organization
・Flexible - strive for structure while being comfortable with fluidity and change
・Passionate about the digital assets space
・Able to operate in an international environment
・Self starter, entrepreneurial mindset
・Japanese (Native level)
・English (Business level)

■Preferred qualifications:
・Experience in the digital asset space is preferred but not a requisite.
・Experience with processes and documentation related to private equity investments
・Experience as paralegal
