Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• We are looking for new positions to strengthen roles, functions, and organizational capabilities in line with the future phases of the company.
• Plan and promote recruitment and marketing strategies as well as collect and analyze data of the competitive recruitment market.
• Define job requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, design, manage and improve the hiring process and operations based on data.
• Design interview criteria and provide interviewers training/advice as well as manage hiring events with stakeholders.
• Promote appropriate cost strategy based on ROI and interact with other teams internally (from HRM perspective).

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience with mid-career tech recruiting at an in-house or recruiting firm.
• Good understanding of ATS, talent management and sourcing tools in order to get the right targets.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent English (Japanese skills not required)

Preferred qualifications:

• Mid-level or above direct sourcing experience in the mid-career recruiting domain
• Experience in engineering recruiting
• Experience working with overseas nationals.
