Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Enhance and Implement the company's compliance policies and procedures
• Provide compliance training to the whole entity
• Investigate the compliance issues
• Lead and bring up the compliance awareness to the business
• Support Internal Audit
• Support other functions i.e. Sales/Marketing and Purchasing

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• 5 to 7 year experience of compliance in multinational companies in manufacturing or global IT/Technology industry
• Fluent Japanese (able to recognize and understand nuance and implied meaning)
• Business level English

Preferred qualifications:

• Bengoshi or lawyers of any common law jurisdiction
