We have professional members both domestically and internationally, and we will assist you with everything from identifying organizational issues to strategic personnel design and implementation. <Specific duties> ●Human resources strategy└ Identification of personnel issues, planning and implementation of solutions└ “Building an ideal organizational image” based on management strategy ●Recruitment strategy└ Planning and execution of recruitment plans in line with business growth└ Recruitment public relations/strengthening recruitment branding└ Strengthen the attraction of candidate operations (interviews/interviews, etc.)└ Management of agents and media companies└ Implementation of onboarding and establishment of new employees, etc. <What we would like to request in the medium to long term> ●Organizational development└ Design and operation of personnel system/evaluation system└ Planning and execution of engagement and productivity improvement measures└ Planning and execution related to organizational culture, culture development, and penetration└ Planning and implementation of human resources development/training measures, etc. We are currently recruiting mainly for back office members and CxOs, and we are urgently recruiting core members who will lead our human resources strategy. Requirements
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS [Required]・Experience in planning and implementing recruitment strategies (or experience in human resource management at a venture/startup, etc.)・Business level English skills [Welcome]・Experience at or above manager level in the human resources department (or equivalent experience/skills)・HR experience at startups and fast-growing companies・Interest in or knowledge of agribusiness and environmental issues・Overseas/foreign recruitment experience and knowledge・Experience in personnel system design & and organizational development・Strong ability to collaborate with business departments and experience as a strategic partner・Excellent communication and problem-solving skills・Person who has multitasking skills DESIRED REQUIREMENTS ・People who like working in an organization・Those who are good at team play・People who like planning from 0 to 1・You can learn and put into practice unknown knowledge and skills on your own・Those who want to work in a global environment
