Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 契約書審査・交渉業務
• 法令調査
• コーポレート運営
• 本社および子会社のガバナンス・コンプライアンス企画と実行
• 個人情報保護法制への対応
• 紛争・訴訟対応

Requirements

必須要件：

• 事業会社、法律事務所（企業法務）での法務実務経験5年以上
• 英語力　読み書き会話を仕事上使用できるレベル（TOEIC800点以上必須）

 歓迎要件：

• 日本/米国/欧州のいずれかの弁護士資格
