Responsibilities
Responsibility:-You will be responsible for developing innovative process technologies for electrodes.- Propose new technologies, identify challenges, and execute solutions-Establish powder characteristic evaluation techniques and investigate their impact on cell characteristics
Electrode Process: -Improve and optimize processes, validate mass production, and verify small/large cells with different electrodes-Prepare prototypes for electrode and cell verification (instructions) and coordinate with related departments

Requirements
Experience:Design or process development of lithium-ion batteries (3+ years)Process design experience in dispersion/coating (printing)/coating drying processes for lithium-ion batteries (3+ years), particularly in scaling up from lab to mass productionExperience in developing automotive components (experience with non-EV development also welcome)
