【職務名】Quality Management Specialist【所属部門】 Electronics Business Headquarters Advanced Materials Division【就業先住所】28 Wadai, Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture【就業時間】8:30~17:00【holiday】Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (129 days off per year for the fiscal year 2023)【Commuting method】Public transport or private car*Take the shuttle bus from Tsukuba Express Kenkyu-gakuen Station to the Kitabu Kogyodan underground stop* Employee parking available[Major duties]-Maintain and improve manufacturing, quality control and product specifications.-Maintain and improve the quality control system, including document management and quality incident management.- Prepare documentation for product quality and ISO certification audits.・Provide technical support for quality issues of products sold or used in Asia Pacific countries.- Conduct surveys, team activities, training and implementation of necessary systems to maintain an effective quality control system.· Effectively communicate with production, maintenance, distribution and other functions to enable process and product optimization and problem prevention, ensure analytical and measurement systems are performing optimally, and identify and apply best practices across multiple functions.·Develop/review and revise metrics/measurements that monitor critical quality control points to ensure alignment between production capabilities, laboratory method capabilities and customer needs.

Requirements:
【language】Japanese: Fluent (※If not your native language, JLPTN2 or N1)English: Basic Level (※ Ability to read and write emails in English )
[Degree]Graduated from a science university or higher (majoring in chemistry or chemical engineering)* In cases other than the above, experience is emphasized
【qualifications】(Required) Regular car driver's license[Experience required](Required) 3+ years of experience in quality control ( semiconductor and pharmaceutical fields preferred)(Required) 3+ years of work experience in the manufacturing sector of the chemical or semiconductor industry (Expert Level or Lead Level)(Required) High proficiency in the basics of quality control (FMEA, SPC, statistical analysis, problem solving methods)(Preferred) Experience working with overseas departments and customers (No experience necessary)(Preferably) Experience in influencing related people and achieving results in quality improvement(Preferably) Technical work experience in a multinational company (manufacturing industry)(Preferably) Technical experience in the chemical industry[Desired personality]- Someone who can maintain a calm and positive attitude under pressure and make calm judgments.- Someone who enjoys challenges and sees them as opportunities for personal growth.
