Responsibilities

【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• アライアンス協業案件（企画及び商品開発プロジェクト化）の推進
• アライアンスパートナーとの協議における当社方針との整合性の確認並びに協議状況の定期的報告
• イノベーション投資関連商品（含むカーボンニュートラル対応）の商品開発プロジェクト化に向けた課題整理の先導と取りまとめ

Requirements

• 自動車メーカー、部品メーカーなどのものづくり系企業における、企画、中長期商品戦略、又は設計などの業務経験
• 英語（TOEIC 800点以上）、課題発見力
• 自分の成長に必要な知識、スキル、行動を継続的に学習している方
• 変化を柔軟に受け入れ、既存の枠組みにはまることなく常に新しいことへチャレンジする姿勢を持っている方
• 自動車業界の大変革期の中で、自らの専門性を発揮したいと考えている方
• 自分の意見を持ち、異なる考え方や意見を受け容れて最適な解を見つけることができるコミュニケーション能力が高い方
• 「運ぶを創造する」ことを通じて世の中に貢献したいと想いがある方
