Responsibilities

• 工務担当者として、エンジニアリング業者・EPC業者の管理および官庁・地元協議を担う。
  • パイプライン設計・調査に係わる技術の検討および評価
  • 官庁・地元協議および手続き（道路・河川等占用および借地等の手続き）
  • パイプライン建設に係わる計画および工事の管理
  • 安全衛生、環境保全および災害防止の管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• パイプライン或いはそれに類する土木工事の施工管理経験3年以上
• 又は、土木工事の設計および官庁協議業務の経験3年以上
• 施工管理者或いは設計者として地元説明会等の経験
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション、英文による契約書等の資料のレビュー・作成の経験を有するレベル

歓迎条件：

• 国内、海外におけるエネルギープロジェクト経験者
• 望ましいプロジェクト経験としては以下。
  • 天然ガスパイプライン事業のFS、設計、建設管理
  • その他各種プラントのFS、設計、建設管理
  • 土木施工管理技士、技術士
  • 普通自動車免許
