Responsibilities

■業務内容：会計・税務・資金調達・CF管理など、財務・経理の総合的知見をフル活用し、新規プロジェクトの財務デューデリジェンスや全社的視点での企業価値向上策を立案・実行【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

■部署紹介：財務戦略、予算、ファイナンスの3つのグループ、及び、シンガポール金融子会社にて、個別プロジェクトの財務サポートや全社的な財務戦略の立案、当社グループの予算策定、資金調達、資金管理・為替金利ヘッジ等の業務を担っています。

■入社後のキャリアパス：ご本人の希望・適性を踏まえた上で、一定期間経過後に財務関連部署以外への異動も可能。また、財務・経理ポジションを中心に海外事務所・子会社での勤務機会あり。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 大卒以上
• 財務・経理業務経験者又は金融機関勤務者（3年以上）
• 英語（ビジネスレベル）：英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション、英文による契約書等の資料のレビュー・作成の経験を有するレベル

■歓迎条件：

• 大企業での経理業務（会計・税務）
• 大企業での財務業務（資金調達、市場リスク管理等）
• 大企業での予算管理業務・財務戦略企画立案業務
• コンサルタントファームでの会計・税務やM＆Aなどのアドバイザリー業務
