Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 以下のいずれかの業務をご担当頂く予定です。
  • エナジードメイン全体の業績管理(損益・キャッシュフロー)、経営幹部へのレポーティング
  • エナジー・トランジション関連の新事業など、個別事業の連結業績管理
  • 一部の事業領域における決算業務(月次決算、四半期・年次決算）
  • 個別の事業部門支援(グループ会社サポートなど)
• 変更の範囲：当社の定める業務全般。将来的に会社の指示する業務への変更を命ずる可能性あり。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 会計・税務に関する基本的な理解
• Excelを用いた集計、情報処理スキル

歓迎要件：

• 事業会社における財務、経理経験
• 製造業における実務経験
• 会計関係の資格（日商簿記検定など）
• TOEIC730点以上の語学力

募集背景：

• エナジードメインの財務業務(全体纏め、横断業務、個別事業管理)を所掌する部門です。
• 事業環境の変化に対応し、経営改善に資する財務情報の提供・分析・提案を継続的に行なうことに加え、一部新事業の支援強化のため、新たに人材を募集するものです。

働き方：

• 財務第一部 管理グループは12名で構成されています。
• エナジードメイン全体を取り纏める財務部門という立ち位置であることもあり、国内事業所での経理経験や海外駐在など、幅広いキャリアを経て集まっているメンバーが多く、指導やサポートを受けやすい職場です。
