Responsibilities

• グループガバナンス（全般）
  • 定義されたグループガバナンスのあるべき姿を基に、各種ポリシーや規則等の策定、周知を行うと共に運用状況のモニタリングを実施する
• リスクモデリング
  • グループをとりまくリスクに対して統合的に管理する
• 事業継続計画策定
  • グループ全体で事業リスクが事業運営に与える影響を軽減するための事業継続計画の整備、運用を推進する
• リスク管理（事業）
  • グループの内部プロセス、システム、人員に関する損失リスク（オペレーショナルリスク）に関する対応状況を管理する
• リスク管理（財務）
  • グループの為替リスク、価格変動リスク、および金利リスクといった財務リスクに関する対応状況を管理する

Requirements

必須条件：

• 3線防御体制の「第２線」としての経験　
• リスクマネジメントプロセス（第１線のリスク特定
• 分析・評価・対策策定・実行）の推進
• グループ重点リスクの決定及び第１線の対策状況のモニタリング
• 企画立案力　
• リスク全般の知識　
• BCPの知識
• 社会情勢に関する収集能力　
• コミュニケーション能力
