Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the global planning, designing, and operating of the following business and operational aspects.
Main responsibilities:

• Value chain design in collaboration with business strategy and internal departments.
• Planning and operating supply chain control activities.
• Planning and operating our own systems
• logistics with partners.
• Planning procurement strategies.
• Examples of Specific Tasks:
  • Leading the development of optimal production and sales plans by utilizing digital data.
  • Selecting partners and implementing logistics planning and operations to deliver products to customers directly and timely.
  • Identifying potential supply chain risks and developing solutions.
  • Planning procurement strategies for parts and materials.

ソフトウェア中心で新たな体験価値を提供するためのサプライチェーン・バリューチェーンの戦略立案・企画実行。以下のビジネス設計・オペレーション設計と運営をグローバルで担当頂きます。
業務内容： 

• バリューチェーン設計
• サプライチェーンのコントロール業務の企画・運営
• ロジスティクスの企画・運営
• 調達戦略の企画
• 具体的な業務内容の例：
  • 最適な生販在計画の立案して社内関連部門をリードする役割を担う
  • ロジスティクス企画とそのオペレーションを実現するパートナー選定
  • サプライチェーンリスクをあぶりだし、ソリューションを実現する
  • 新たな価値提供を実現するための基盤となる部品・素材の調達戦略企画

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in any industry, person who has started new initiatives from scratch.
• Experience in reforming in the following positions: Business planning, SC planning, logistics/procurement planning.
• Experience in negotiating with external partners.
• TOEIC 600 or higher.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in automotive.
• Overseas work experience.
• Experience in a leadership.

必須要件：

• ゼロから新しい取り組みを立ち上げて具現化した経験がある方
• 経営企画SC企画物流/調達企画等において、改革に取り組んだ経験
• 社外パートナーとの折衝経験
• 語学力：TOEIC600点以上

 歓迎要件：

• 自動車業界に関連ある経験
• 海外での業務経験
• リーダーもしくは、準ずる立場での業務経験
