Our Client is known for its high-pressure cleaners, floor care equipment, parts cleaning systems, wash water treatment, military decontamination equipment and window vacuum cleaners.

Responsibilities

Main responsibility:

• Responsible for mid term supply chain local strategy development and execution
• Monitor any supply chain risk to minimize the operational and financial impact (BCP).
• Work closely with overseas counterparts and regional hub to coordinate optimized supply.
• Optimize inland logistics structure from drayage, warehousing and outbound transportation for quality service with reasonable cost.
• Implement local S&OP and planning processes which ensure proper balance between demand, supply, inventory, and warehouse capacity
• Achieve SCM KPIs through collaborative work cross-functionally
• Manage inventory both physically and theoretically.
• Develop capability as a team and the team members’ growth. Team size is around 8.
• Ensure appropriate process controls and documentation are in place for stable operation
• Drive digitalisation and streamline SCM processes

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of supply chain management principles, ERP, WMS, Lean supply chain
• Senior level supply chain and logistics experience with a track record of operational service level and efficiency improvement
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects within timeline and budgetary constraints
• Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment.
• Business level English
• Knowledge of Forecasting/Demand Planning and its key drivers
• Proven ability to develop good partnership with external logistics operators
• Willingness to seek for new ways to improve efficiency
• Critical view point to detect and aware risks and opportunities
