Responsibilities

将来の経営幹部の役割を果たすことを期待されるポジションです。入社当初は、上記事業グループで実務経験を積んで頂いた上で、プレーイングマネージャーとしの職責を担い、将来的には事業グループの長、のち経営の中枢を担う幹部としてのポジションを目指して頂きます。
業務内容：

• 衛星通信端末を含むネットワーク機器、PC 及びソフトウェアに関する事業開発、営業活動において実務経験をまずは積んで頂きます。
• インマルサットを始めとしてパートナー（機器メーカー他）は海外企業が多いため、英語力を活かしていただけるお仕事です。
• また、世界経済と直結している海運業界、あるいは官公庁や国内大手企業様などのお客様との取引を通じてが多いため、お客様との良好な関係を日常的に維持・深耕する姿勢が求められますが、業務を通じてお客様の事業貢献を感じることが出来るやりがいのあるお仕事です。
• 国内出張、海外出張ともに毎年複数回あります。
• 衛星通信技術関連の知識については就業後にサポート受けられますので業界経験がなくても、ご自身の英語力や機動力を存分に発揮できる環境が待っています！
• 実務経験を積まれた後、事業担当部のリーダー補佐、乃至リーダーとして職責を担い、事業を推進し、将来的には経営幹部としての活躍が期待されます。

Requirements

必要要件：

• 4年制大学卒業（学部不問）
• PC基本操作（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook）
• 法人営業、営業企画、ビジネス開発の全て若しくはいずれかで経験、数値的な実績
• 英語中級（海外メーカ・パートナー企業との協議を支障なく実施できる英語力、TOEIC730程度）
• フルタイムの出勤、国内外の出張に支障ない健康状態、メンタリティ
• 顧客、ビジネスパートナーとの粘り強い交渉能力、タフマインド

• 事業計画の立案、管理の経験
• 電気通信事業、IT関連事業での就業経験
• 海運業界での就業経験
• 英文契約書の作成、交渉の経験
• IPネットワーク、ネットワークセキュリティに係わる知識
• 貿易実務の経験
