Responsibilities

• 社内の主にSCM部門と密に連携し、物流に関するソーシング戦略策定、サプライヤー・価格決定（海上輸送、陸上輸送サプライヤー等）、取引先管理が主な業務です。国内だけでなく、輸出入に関わるGlobalな物流網がスコープです。
• 具体的や役割としては、現行取引先のパフォーマンス評価や同社の将来生産計画、市場同行などから、チームメンバー、SCM部門と協業しながらソーシング戦略をまとめあげ、サプライヤー選定までを実行する役目を担って頂きます。
• 比較的少人数のチームであり、プレイングマネージャーとして、戦略や発注先選定の内容に主導的に関わって頂くことになります。

Requirements

• 物流/調達業務経験（SCM、調達など）
• 管理職経験あり
• 自動車業界経験：あれば尚可
• TOEIC：700以上
• 自分で考え行動できるだけでなく、チームのメンバー、他部門やサプライヤーの意見を聞いて、業務の企画・遂行ができる
• 問題点を深く理解し、解決すべき課題設定をするために、様々な情報・データを収集するだけでなく、現場におもむき、現場の声を吸い上げることを基本行動としている
