Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 特許出願、調査、権利化業務
• 他社特許解析（IPランドスケープ）による開発への提言
• 他社協業、アライアンスを含む知財戦略の構築

※研究開発部門、経営層、ビジネスパートナーなど様々な関係者とやりとりがあります。※年次の浅いメンバーでも、技術責任者や経営層に直接提案をする機会があり、裁量大きく仕事をお任せします。※国内外への出張もあります。さらに本人の希望も考慮した上で将来的に海外駐在していただく可能性もあるポジションです。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 特許実務経験or研究機関やエンジニアとして特許や知的財産に関する業務経験（3年以上）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション力

歓迎要件：

• IPランドスケープ等、経営や事業計画への提言経験
• ソフトウェア関連発明の特許実務経験
