Responsibilities

• M&A／事業提携の戦略立案～実行
  • 同社の中長期の戦略に沿ったM&A戦略・事業提携戦略の立案、並びに対象企業等の調査
  • 社内メンバ（e.g.事業側のキーマン）や社外の専門家含むクロスファンクションチームを組成し、デューデリジェンス、契約締結等一連のプロセスをPMOとしてリード、推進
  • 社内メンバと連携した買収後の統合計画の立案と実行の支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 製造業での経営企画または事業企画の経験
• ロジカルシンキング、探求心、ビジネスレベルの英語力  

歓迎条件：

• 電子部品・半導体業界の知見をお持ちの方
• M&Aの経験
• 財務分析・財務モデリング、バリュエーションに関する知識
