グループの事業の更なる成長を実現するため、M＆Aや事業提携の戦略立案、推進を担当していただきます。

■業務詳細：
＜M＆A／事業提携の戦略立案～実行＞

• 同社の中長期の戦略に沿ったM＆A戦略・事業提携戦略の立案、並びに対象企業等の調査
• 社内メンバ（e.g.事業側のキーマン）や社外の専門家含むクロスファンクションチームを組成し、デューデリジェンス、契約締結等一連のプロセスをPMOとしてリード、推進
• 社内メンバと連携した買収後の統合計画の立案と実行の支援

■キャリアパス：

入社後3年はM＆A、事業提携業務をご担当頂き、以降はご本人のご希望や適正によって、経営企画、事業企画等への異動を通じて、当社のさらなる発展へ貢献していただきながら、スキルアップを目指すことが可能です。

■働く環境：

• リモートワーク可（週2回程度）
• 海外出張あり
• 平均残業時間：30時間／月

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 証券会社の投資銀行部門での業務経験（3年以上）、またはコンサルティング会社にて戦略立案の業務（3年以上）
• ロジカルシンキング、財務分析・財務モデリング、バリュエーションに関する知識、プレゼンテーションスキル、探求心、M&Aプロジェクト経験、ビジネスレベルの英語力

■歓迎条件：

• 電子部品・半導体業界の知見をお持ちの方
