事業・開発部門と一体となった戦略的法務支援全般を担い、企業の持続的な成長と価値向上に貢献していただきます。
※将来的には海外トレーニー、海外駐在の可能性あり。
業務内容：

• 事業部、コーポレート領域、研究開発・新規事業に関する下記業務
  • アライアンス、事業再編、M&A等の法的支援
  • 契約書の起案・審査、契約交渉支援
  • ロイヤリティ及びプロジェクト対応
  • 法律相談
  • 内部統制、コンプライアンス強化に向けた業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 企業法務実務経験

歓迎要件：

• 英語力（目安TOEIC800点以上）
• 法曹資格
