Responsibilities

• 財務戦略・資本政策に関する業務：
  
  • 財務中期経営計画策定及びモニタリング
  • 資金調達（直接・間接／デット・エクイティ）
  • 株主還元
  • 株式インセンティブプランの設計・運用
  • 格付機関の対応
  • グループ配当
  • 金融機関（商業銀行・投資銀行）渉外
  
  
• グループのM&A及び組織再編に関する業務：
  
  • 投資委員会の運営（グループのM&A審査機関）
  • 資本コストの管理、M&A及びPMIプロセス策定
  • バリュエーション及びストラクチャー策定支援
  • 財務税務デューデリジェンスの支援
  • M&A後の業績管理
  • グループ内組織再編、新会社設立、カーブアウト
  • 政策保有株式の管理
  
  
• トレジャリーに関する業務
  
  • キャッシュマネジメント、グループファイナンス（与信枠管理）
  • 資金決済
  
  

Requirements

必須条件：

• コーポレートファイナンス、M&A・組織再編、バリュエーション、キャッシュマネジメントのいずれかに関する知識及び業務経験
• トップマネジメントとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• プロジェクトマネジメント力
• 英語（基礎レベル）

歓迎条件：

• 上場企業での財務企画業務のご経験
• 投資銀行、監査法人またはコンサルティングファーム等でのご経験
