Responsibilities

• 社内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションを取り、効率的なオペレーションの実施
• 効率的なオペレーションの為のシステムともプロセス構築を維持する(基幹システム(SAP)の入替を含む)
• 組織内の人材の有効活用と成長を指導し、サポートします。
• 納期管理、在庫管理、出荷管理、売上管理等の業務

Requirements

• 在庫管理、出荷管理などの経験
• ピープルマネジメント経験（10名規模以上）
• ビジネス英語（グローバルとのやり取りが発生する為）
• 数字に対して貪欲な方、アグレッシブな方
• リーダーシップのある方歓迎
• マーケティング戦略思考、戦略策定力に長け、スピード感をもって実行に移せる方

歓迎要件:

• SAP移行経験
