Responsibilities

• 車載事業における契約関連業務を担当いたします。
• グローバルに発生する顧客やパートナーとのハードウェア・ソフトウェア・サービスに関連する契約について、事案発生～契約締結完了までのプロセスを管理するとともに、その途上で必要となる契約の作成方針・交渉方針の立案、事業部内のビジネス担当者や法務・知財等のプロフェショナル部門との調整等を行うことが業務の中心となります。必要に応じて相手方との交渉等に参画します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 契約に関する基礎的な知識、または、業務の中で契約にかかわった経験

歓迎条件：

• 第三者との交渉やプロジェクトマネジメントを行うような部署（営業・企画等）での実務経験
• 契約を中心とした業務（契約管理・契約交渉）の実務経験・知識
• コミュニケーション能力
• TOEIC(R)テスト700点以上
