Responsibilities

■職務内容：【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】

• 同社グループでは経営・業務プロセス・データ・ITを標準化し、グローバルで一つのシステムとして構築することによる、データドリブン経営の実現を進めています。その一環として同社グループの人事システムをSAP SuccessFactorsを用いて、グローバルに一つの人事システムに統合するOnePeopleプロジェクトを推進しております。

■個人に期待する役割やミッション：

• グローバル体制で推進しているOnepeopleプロジェクト（SAP SuccessFactors導入）のプロジェクトマネジメントを期待します。

• グローバルで同社グループ全体の人事業務を標準化し、SAP SuccessFactorsを用いてグローバルで一つの人事システムとして構築する、非常にチャレンジングで規模の大きな取り組みとなります。このプロジェクトを通じて、グローバルのシステム開発プロジェクトの経験、SAP SuccessFactorsによる大規模人事システムの構築を経験することができます。

Requirements

■必須条件：以下3項目の経験、資格必須

• 大規模プロジェクトのプロマネ経験（プロジェクト計画書の作成、品質管理・課題管理・進捗管理）
• SAP 人事モジュールの構築経験、SuccessFactorsならさらに歓迎(3年以上)
• 英語力（海外との要件調整が必要なため）

■歓迎条件：

• グローバルでのシステム導入・構築経験
